Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-27

By using Progressa you accept these Terms. The service is currently offered as a free/beta version.

1. Nature of the service

Progressa is a candidate-side tool to organize and prepare for job applications and interviews. It is not a candidate screening or evaluation system on behalf of employers and does not guarantee employment.

2. AI features

Some features use generative AI (Google Gemini). Outputs may contain errors and do not constitute professional advice: always review content before using it. The AI does not make automated decisions with legal effects on the user.

3. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the content you upload. Do not upload unlawful content or third-party data without a legal basis, and do not attempt to bypass service limits or security.

4. Contributions to the question bank

You can record the questions you were asked in an interview. They stay in your own account unless you explicitly choose to share them: sharing is a separate checkbox, off by default, and you can revoke it at any time by withdrawing the contribution.

If you choose to share, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to display that content anonymously to other Progressa users, within the service. We do not publish your name, your application, or the exact interview date: we show the question, the round, and an approximate period. If you withdraw a contribution, we stop displaying it.

Do not enter people's names, confidential company information, details that could identify you, or offensive content. Contributions pass an automated check before becoming visible and may be removed.

Companies that believe a contribution infringes their rights may request removal at the contact given in the privacy notice.

5. Beta, liability and governing law

The service is provided 'as is' during beta, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Mandatory consumer protections apply. Governing law: Italy; jurisdiction per consumer-protection rules.
